1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom orders (including bespoke suits, custom dresses, and made-to-measure shirts) are generally non-refundable and non-returnable. Exceptions may be made in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
  • Standard Products: If you purchased a standard, non-customized item, you may be eligible for a return and refund under specific conditions.

2. Return and Refund Process

  • Standard Products:

    • Timeframe: You may return standard products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
    • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
    • Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customer.service@nn-designs.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
  • Custom Orders:

    • Manufacturing Defects/Errors: If your custom order has a manufacturing defect or an error that deviates from your specified measurements or design, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include detailed photographs and a description of the issue.
    • Resolution Options: We will assess the issue and offer one of the following resolutions:
      • Free alterations or adjustments.
      • A remake of the item.
      • A full or partial refund, depending on the severity of the issue.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale items.

4. Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
  • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Standard Products: Exchanges for different sizes or colors are subject to availability. Please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange.
  • Custom Orders: We do not offer direct exchanges for custom orders. However, we will work with you to address any issues related to manufacturing defects or errors.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: NNDesigns will cover the cost of return shipping for standard product returns and eligible custom order issues.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
